Eligible expenses :
Expenditure in the Grand Est Region must be distributed between jobs (including the filming, making or post-production team), services and logistics: all labour expenditure (technicians, actors, extras) and services carried out in the Grand Est or to the advantage of people or structures established in the Grand Est (costs for production, post-production, fees, travel, accommodation, meals, decor hire, equipment, accessories, etc.).

Eligibility requirements :
– Production company established in the EU or the EEA
– Ambitious artistic interest for the Grand Est Region
– The project must demonstrate an obvious cultural connection to the region
– Two conditions among the four following are required:
1. author or director with their main residence in the Grand Est
2. Appointed producer established in the Grand Est
3. Major filming of the work in the Grand Est
4. Major use of artistic and technical skills established in Grand Est from preparing a film to its making being finished
