Submission schedule :

File the application at the earliest two months before the first event, and at the latest the day of this first event. The application must be presented at the latest 5 years after the 1st day of filming. 19 dates for filing the application, throughout the year

Eligibility requirements :

Art house film, long feature films (fiction and animation) >60′, creation documentaries and lab film >40′
– no screening in Flanders can be promoted
– majority French-speaking Belgian cf. cultural criteria table

– the film must be broadcast for a minimum of 10 public screenings (paid entrance or free) on the territory of the French language region AND the Brussels-Capital region for a max. duration of 6 months, for at least 4 different screening places
– be assisted in production by the CCA or be filmed in French

– the 10 screenings must be subject to a promotional event (exhibition, debate, etc.)
– the first event screening must take place before the open TV broadcast of the film on a French-speaking Belgian TV channel
