Submission schedule :
Application at the earliest on reception of the official selection letter for the film in the relevant festival. 5 years after the first day of the filming at the latest. For the advance, at the earliest the day the film is finished.
Eligibility requirements :
Majority French-speaking Belgian short or long film that is assisted for production or not by the CCA
Majority French-speaking Belgian TV series that has obtained funding for production from the WBF-RTBF fund
– the film must be selected in the framework of one of the festivals given in the list drawn up by the government
– for the advance, the film must have benefited from funding for production AND if the producer has included a DVD copy of the finished film with their application
